Procurement Engineer (Civil & MEP) in Dammam

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement for construction, industrial, infrastructure, or EPC projects.

Strong knowledge of Civil and MEP materials, vendors, and supply chain management.

Excellent negotiation, contract management, and vendor coordination skills.

Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.

Key Duties:

Manage procurement of Civil and MEP materials, equipment, and services.

Obtain quotations, evaluate bids, and negotiate with suppliers.

Prepare purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.

Coordinate with engineering, planning, and project teams.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Develop and maintain supplier and subcontractor databases.

Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses.
