Role Overview:
At CabJordan, a fast-growing ride-hailing and smart mobility platform, we are seeking a talented and agile Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you will be fueling our visual engine—crafting high-energy, engaging designs that resonate with both our riders and captains across Jordan.

Responsibilities:

Develop and produce eye-catching visual assets for social media, paid ad campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.

Create in-app promotional materials, including banners, discount visuals, and push-notification graphics.

Contribute to creative brainstorming for real-time marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and peak-hour offers.

Maintain and protect CabJordan’s brand identity, ensuring all visual outputs communicate reliability, speed, and safety.

Collaborate efficiently with the marketing and product teams to deliver high-quality designs under fast-paced, dynamic timelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in the ride-hailing/on-demand industry, tech startups, or fast-paced digital agencies.

A solid portfolio showcasing retail/commercial design, strong typography, and dynamic layouts.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.

Basic motion graphics and short-form video editing skills (for Reels, TikToks, and GIFs) are a major plus, given our digital-first presence.

Strong understanding of the Jordanian market and consumer behavior in the smart transportation sector.
