IT administrator

• Provides Level 2 & 3 support and administers and monitors computing, Security, and storage environments and resolving system issues
• Active Directory DNS DCHP and Site and services handling across multiple domains
• Domain Clustering design managing troubleshooting
• Maintain Exchange server 2016 L2 and L3 level support and ensured company messaging solution and spam filtering hands-on experience
• Maintains system and user documentation, and acquires knowledge from Vendors
• Hands-on Firewall Sophos or any similar firewall experience
• Works with Cyber security and IT Security to secure server and storage infrastructure through policy compliance, patch management, and other measures
• New generation firewall Sophos or other hands-on experience to ensure secure compute setup
• Network WAN and LAN Solutions for branches connectivity IPVPN DIA or Lease line Connectivity
• Administers backup and recovery by Veeam Backup Solutions and undertakes pre-deployment testing and backup and recovery testing
• Infrastructure Monitoring static and dynamic methods PRTG SolarWinds etc.
• Gathers and analyzes infrastructure requirements from workload owners and leads design and sizing activities to provide optimal solutions
• Undertakes to compute and storage design initiation, elaboration, and representation to address complex workload needs, often in coordination with product vendors
• Experience supporting Microsoft Server operating systems
• Experience supporting mobile IT solutions such as iOS devices and VPN technologies.
• Advanced understanding of types of networks and server. Equipment, like firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, blades, chassis, racks and SAN.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and GPO management Administration meets these needs.
• Guarantee the functionality of all Systems Administration tools and systems, including OS/application deployment, patch administration,
• Provide reports and information as necessary for Compliance purposes

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
• Microsoft Certified System Administrator (Certificate)
• Cisco Certifications like MCSE CCNA CCNP
• Any Networks Security Certificate would be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience
