Crane Technician in Jubail

Job Description:

We are looking for a crane technician or engineer in a position that requires strong technical skills and the ability to meet field challenges.

Main responsibilities:

· Main equipment / component lifting plan, including mechanical analysis, lifting point choice, tooling configuration, bill of materials and process flow chart

· Prepare a special construction plan for confirmation and oversight by party A and project manager

· Conducts technical briefings before crane assembly and knows key tasks such as crane stationing, weight adjustment, lock installation

· Monitor structural stress, foundation subsidence and other data during the lifting process in real time to ensure safe construction

· Develop a preventive maintenance plan and analyze typical problems such as wire wear and hydraulic system failure

· Solve unexpected problems during construction and keep operational records and reports

· Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Enterprise-level Hoisting

Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in the field of crane lifting, and involved in modular lifting project practices for large projects of 500 tons or more

· Hold a high level certification in crane operation, a degree or diploma in a field related to mechanical engineering / engineering mechanics / civil engineering

· Has spatial deconstruction capabilities, security management capabilities, and technical drawing capabilities
