Real Estate AP/AR Accountant in Riyadh

Job Summary

The Real Estate AP/AR Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities related to tenants and vendors. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely collections and payments, and supports month-end and year-end closing. The position works closely with the Property Manager to support budgeting, financial analysis, and property profitability reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions for tenants and vendors

• Prepare, review, and process tenant invoices and vendor bills

• Record and accurately allocate tenant payments; follow up on outstanding receivables and collections

• Reconcile tenant accounts, vendor accounts, and general ledger balances

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations

• Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and property profitability reporting

• Maintain accurate financial records in accounting and property management systems

• Coordinate with the Property Manager to ensure financial data accuracy and timely reporting

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in AP/AR accounting (real estate experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial controls

• Experience with accounting software or property management systems

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Eligibility & Employment Terms

• Maximum age: 35 years

• Transferable Iqama with a minimum of 3 months validity

• Probation period: 3 months

• Open to all nationalities
