Hiring: Production Manager – Crusher & Asphalt Plant

Location: Al Hasa, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the operations of our Crusher and Asphalt Plant in Al Hasa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production activities and plant operations.

• Ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities.

• Optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

• Lead and supervise plant personnel and operational teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Crusher Plant and Asphalt Plant operations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good knowledge of production planning, quality control, and plant maintenance.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve operational targets.

• Experience in the construction, roadworks, or infrastructure sector is preferred.
