Urgent Hiring – Sales & Marketing Executive (Manpower Supply & Projects) in Jubail

We are urgently seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support and expand our manpower supply and project-based services operations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in manpower supply and project services

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

* Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and service agreements

* Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for manpower mobilization and project execution

* Conduct client meetings, site visits, and business presentations

* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth

* Maintain accurate sales reports and market intelligence

Job Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of Sales & Marketing experience

* Mandatory Saudi Arabia experience

* Proven experience in manpower supply and project-based services

* Transferable Iqama (mandatory)

* Available for immediate joining

* Valid driving license (mandatory)

* Strong understanding of the Saudi market

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and meet targets
