Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
– Establish relationships with new customers
– Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
– Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
– Identify and respond to client needs
– Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
– Follow up on customer orders as necessary
– Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
– Meet with external customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
– Demonstrating specific product functions and uses
– Building strong customer relations with existing clients
– Monitoring sales and market trends within specific industries
– Coordinating delivery of product or services
– Understanding pricing strategies
– Management and resolve customer complaints
– Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
– Provide product and service information to customers
– Research required information using available resources

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales
• Saudi Nationality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
• Willingness to participate in training before hire and on-the job
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
• CRM Applications and Social Media
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
