Work Location: Saudi Arabia (mainly Riyadh and surrounding areas)
Work Mode: Full-time, Ground Promotion
Job Description: Join our rapidly expanding Saudi team and become a frontline pioneer in the construction machinery industry. This is a pure “hunter” role where you will directly face customers and sell forklifts and heavy machinery equipment through efficient ground promotion. We offer a clear compensation model and strong product support, ensuring your every effort is directly rewarded.
Core Responsibilities:
– Execute regional ground promotion plans, proactively visit and develop new customers in the construction, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
– Understand customer needs, provide professional equipment solutions, and achieve personal sales targets.
– Maintain customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and facilitate repeat purchases.
– Provide timely feedback on market competition information and customer dynamics.
We are looking for:
Required Qualifications:
– Fluency in either Arabic or English for work communication is required; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
– At least 1-2 years of sales experience with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
– Ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced field sales environment; strong stress resistance and a clear sense of purpose.
– A local driver’s license and own vehicle are a plus (fuel expenses reimbursed); company vehicles are also available.
Preference will be given to:
– Experience in sales of machinery, automobiles, industrial products, or B2B.
– A network of contacts in relevant industries in Riyadh.
Salary and Work Structure:
– Salary Structure: Competitive fixed base salary + high, unlimited commission.
– Monthly Base Salary: 2,500 – 4,000 Saudi Riyals (specific amount negotiable based on experience and ability).
– Commission: 2% of individual sales revenue, calculated in real-time, with no upper limit.
– Income example: If monthly sales are 500,000 SAR, then monthly income = base salary (e.g., 3,500 SAR) + commission (10,000 SAR) = 13,500 SAR.
