Freelance Opportunity – Tally to Zoho Books Implementation (KSA Market)

We are a small but growing uniform shop in Riyadh, currently using Tally Prime. We are looking for a freelance part-timer with expertise in Zoho Books implementation to complete a migration project within 10 days.

Project Fee: SAR 1,000

Timeline: 10 days

Project Scope

The freelancer will be responsible for migrating our operations from Tally Prime to Zoho Books, including:

– Exporting data from Tally and importing into Zoho

– Company configuration and setup

– User creation, roles, and profile setup

– Opening balance setup

– Chart of accounts and banking setup

– Tax configuration

– Reminders and standard templates (Quotation, Invoice, Delivery – English/Arabic)

– Default report configuration

– Customer, vendor, and item data migration (over 5,000 SKUs)

– Approvals for sales and purchase transactions

– E-invoicing & Fatoora integration (including VAT reports)

– Branch configuration

– User and admin training

Requirements

– Proven experience in Zoho Books implementation

– Knowledge of Tally Prime data migration

– Familiarity with Saudi VAT, E-invoicing, and Fatoora compliance

– Ability to deliver within 10 days
