Responsibilities

Maintain and clean all work areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils to the highest hygiene standards.

Support colleagues in daily operations and problem-solving.

Learn and assist in creating a wide variety of pastry items.

Safely and efficiently operate all kitchen equipment.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP and Municipality regulations).

Be familiar with preparation methods and standard recipes.

Assist with food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.

Uphold kitchen cleanliness and food safety at all times.

Qualifications

2 years’ experience in pastry.

Hospitality background highly preferred.

Strong verbal communication skills in English.

Dynamic, hardworking, and flexible attitude.

Creative and passionate about pastry and desserts.

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
