Required Experienced Land Surveyor (At Least 3 Years Exp. In KSA And In Total 8 Yeras Exp. in Makkah

Location: Rania & Turba (near Makkah), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Project: Landscaping, Irrigation Works & HDPE Pipeline Installation

Duration: 8 months (extendable)

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in KSA and 8 years total professional experience in Landscaping, Irrigation, and HDPE pipeline works.

Should have Saudi Council of Engineers certificate.

Strong experience in surveying, setting out, and level control for irrigation networks, manholes, valve boxes, chambers, and landscape grading.

Proficient in Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level operation.

Ability to check and maintain pipe depth, invert levels, slopes, and gradients.

Experience in preparing as-built drawings, survey reports, and coordinate documentation.

Must have good communication skills in Arabic (speaking and reading) to interact with the consultant and client.

Transferable Iqama and immediate joining preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct all surveying, setting out, and level control works for irrigation and landscaping activities.

Verify and transfer design coordinates and alignments for HDPE pipelines and related structures.

Check grading, slope, and drainage levels to ensure proper water flow and landscape finish.

Perform topographical and as-built surveys and prepare accurate reports and drawings.

Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure all works comply with approved drawings and project specifications.

Salary Range: 4,000 – 4,500 SAR (depending on experience)
