Workforce Manager (3000+ Manpower & Acco. Management Exp.) in Riyadh

Position: Workforce Manager

Location: Jeddah. Saudi Arabia

A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Workforce Manager (MEP) to oversee and manage a workforce of more than 3,000 laborers across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control manpower deployment for various projects and sites.

Supervise workforce accommodation facilities and ensure proper living standards, maintenance, and compliance with company policies.

Coordinate labor mobilization, transfers, and workforce planning to meet project requirements.

Monitor attendance, productivity, and workforce performance.

Work closely with project teams, HR, administration, and camp supervisors.

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations, health & safety requirements, and company procedures.

Handle workforce-related issues and implement effective solutions to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in workforce management within construction, MEP, or large-scale project environments.

Proven experience managing 3,000+ laborers and multiple accommodation camps.

Strong knowledge of manpower planning, camp management, and labor regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in MS Office and workforce reporting systems.

Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
