Rope Access Supervisor Cum Technician in Manama

We are seeking a skilled and safety conscious Rope Access Supervisor cum Technician to join our team for high-rise and industrial maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have hands on rope access experience and the ability to lead small teams on-site while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

Perform rope access tasks including cleaning, inspection, and minor repairs on building facades and industrial structures

Supervise Level 1 and Level 2 technicians during operations

Conduct safety briefings and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment

Assist in rigging systems and anchor point setup

Maintain daily work logs and inspection reports

Coordinate with site managers and clients to ensure smooth project execution

Participate in rescue drills and emergency response planning

Requirements

IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 Certification

2–3 years of rope access experience in cleaning, maintenance, or inspection

Strong understanding of rope access safety standards and procedures

Ability to lead and mentor junior technicians

Physically fit and comfortable working at heights

Good communication skills in English

Valid driver’s license preferred
