Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, assist with recruitment, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth processing of employee services, including visa and onboarding procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (scheduling interviews, collecting documents, follow-ups).

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures.

Manage and update employee records, files, and HR databases.

Handle government-related transactions such as visa processing, renewals, medicals, and documentation (if applicable).

Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, deductions).

Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.

Experience in visa processing and government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.) is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
