Nursery Supervisor
Job Description :
The Farm Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and monitoring daily plant operations in the nursery, ensuring proper agricultural practices are applied. Duties include supervising irrigation and fertilization activities, monitoring plant health, and maintaining continuous coordination with the company’s agricultural engineer to implement technical plans and agronomic guidelines, as well as organizing and supervising on-site labor.
Farm Worker
Job Description :
The Farm Worker is responsible for carrying out daily agricultural tasks, including plant irrigation, assisting in fertilization, planting, cleaning, and all general farming activities within the farm or nursery, in accordance with the instructions of the farm supervisor and agricultural engineer.
