IT Engineer in Dammam

We at OFC are looking for an IT Engineer in Ras Al Khair who is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the company’s information technology infrastructure. This includes handling IT systems, networks, hardware, software, and user support to ensure smooth and secure day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and related hardware/software.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and availability.

Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.

Perform routine maintenance, updates, patches, and backups for systems and applications.

Ensure systems and networks are secure by implementing best practices and security measures.

Assist with documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and standards.

Work with vendors and internal teams to deploy new technology solutions as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Experience with server environments (Windows/Linux).

Familiarity with cloud platforms or virtualization technologies.

Basic understanding of networking, hardware, software, and system administration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
