Hiring Coffee Master Roaster in Manama

We’re looking for a talented Coffee Master Roaster to join our team and help us elevate the coffee experience.

Role Overview:

As a Coffee Master Roaster, you’ll be responsible for roasting and profiling coffee beans to ensure consistency, flavor, and quality. You’ll collaborate with the sourcing and production teams to create exceptional roast profiles and maintain the highest standards of coffee.

Key Responsibilities:

– Roast coffee beans and develop new profiles based on bean characteristics.

– Conduct quality control tests to ensure consistent flavor and quality.

– Maintain and calibrate roasting equipment.

– Keep detailed records of roast profiles and outcomes.

– Work with the team to educate customers on flavor profiles and roasting techniques.

Qualifications:

– 3+ years of experience in coffee roasting.

– Strong knowledge of roasting techniques, coffee origins, and flavor profiles.

– Proficient with roasting equipment (drum roasters, etc.).

– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

– Passion for coffee and a commitment to quality.
