Recruitment Specialist The Job purpose:
– you will be responsible for employing qualified persons while maintaining a positive candidate experience by determining the sources, reaching out to possible candidates for the currently open jobs, and coordinating the recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities and tasks:
– Preparing recruitment plans and reports quarterly and annually
– Creating and publishing job ads in different gates
– Communicating with potential employees through professional groups on social media and during events
– Cooperating with employment managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
– Contacting people on the initial stages to create brief lists of qualified candidates
interviewing candidates for a wide range of roles (beginner, large, and executive)
– Tracking employment measures, including employment time, full-time, and employment source
– Designing, distributing, and measuring the results of the candidate experience questionnaires
– Training employees and advising them on interviewing techniques and evaluation methods
– Hosting and participating in work fairs
– Following up with the candidates throughout the recruitment process
– Maintaining a database for potential candidates for vacancies in the future

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Leading Field as Experience as a Specialist, Recruiter, or Similar Role
• Knowing the resources techniques on social media and specialized professional sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
• Experience with applicants tracking systems
• Good written and oral communication skills
