Star Manpower Supply W.L.L, a leading delivery and logistics company in Bahrain, is looking to hire experienced Operations Staff to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor drivers and ensure smooth daily operations

• Coordinate with delivery platforms and clients to resolve operational issues

• Manage attendance, schedules, and shift operations

• Monitor rider performance and operational KPIs

• Handle daily incidents, violations, and operational challenges

• Prepare operational reports and performance updates

• Support driver onboarding and setup processes

• Improve operational efficiency and reduce operational issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience in delivery operations or logistics is mandatory

• Good knowledge of rider management and delivery platforms

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Good computer and Excel skills

• Good English communication skills

Location: Bahrain
