Job Opportunity – Planning Engineer (5-10 Years Experience) in Riyadh

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planning Engineer with 5-10 years of proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely project delivery.

???? Key Responsibilities

Prepare, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.

Develop baseline programmes, recovery schedules, and lookahead plans.

Track progress, analyze delays, and propose corrective actions.

Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, and subcontractors.

Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards.

Assist in claims, EOT analysis, risk assessment, and productivity tracking.

Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and KPIs.

???? Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer (GCC experience preferred).

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.

Strong knowledge of project controls, delay analysis, and resource planning.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
