We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing the daily accounting operations of a large manpower company. This role requires precision, integrity, and the ability to oversee complex financial processes while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

*Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.

• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Conduct audits, identify anomalies, and implement corrective measures.

• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to streamline payroll and manpower-related accounting.

• Maintain and update accounting records using Tally and other relevant accounting software.

• Support senior management with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

* Candidate Requirements

• Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification preferred.

• Experience: Proven track record in managing accounting functions for a large manpower company.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in Tally and other accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and financial regulations.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead a small team when required.
