Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Recruiter with a strong personal network and proven sourcing capabilities. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in utilizing online platforms to immediately shortlist and hire both skilled and unskilled staff for local and international requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Immediate Sourcing & Hiring: Quickly source, shortlist, and deploy both skilled and unskilled manpower to meet urgent business demands.

Network Utilization: Leverage a strong personal network, sub-agents, and databases for rapid candidate turnarounds.

Online Recruiting: Maximize the use of online platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, and relevant portals) to source talent efficiently.

End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full process from initial screening and bulk shortlisting to immediate onboarding.

Requirements

Sourcing Network: Ready access to an active contact list and database for immediate mass or specialized hiring.

Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience, including handling both skilled and unskilled categories (local and international).

Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with online job boards and digital sourcing tools.

Skills: Exceptional shortlisting efficiency, strong communication, and the ability to work under tight timelines.
