CLOTHING MERCHANDISER in Manama

Job Description:

We are looking for a Clothing Merchandiser who can join immediately to manage and optimize merchandise presentation, stock levels, and sales performance in our retail outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong fashion sense, retail experience, and good coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement effective merchandise displays according to brand guidelines

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store/warehouse for replenishment

Analyze sales trends and recommend assortment and pricing strategies

Ensure proper product placement to maximize sales and visual appeal

Coordinate with buying, sales, and store teams

Maintain accurate inventory records and reduce stock loss

Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Clothing/Fashion Merchandiser

Good knowledge of fabrics, trends, and seasonal collections

Strong communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail KPIs

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Immediate joiner required

Preferred:

Experience in retail clothing or fashion brands

Locally available candidates in Bahrain
