Recruiter – Indians in Manama

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

Understand client manpower requirements and job specifications

Handle bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Assist in mobilization, documentation, and onboarding

Ensure recruitment processes comply with LMRA & Bahrain labour laws

Requirements

Indian nationality

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (preferred)

Minimum 1–4 years experience in recruitment or manpower consultancy

Experience in Bahrain / GCC recruitment is an advantage

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under targets and deadlines
