Lifting Supervisor Level 2 in Jubail

Job Title: Lifting Supervisor level 2

Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical preferred

Valid Lifting Supervisor Certification (approved by client / third-party)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor

Proven experience in heavy lifting operations, cranes, and rigging

Experience in steel structure / steel erection projects is highly preferred

Job Description:

The Lifting Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the safe execution of all lifting operations at site, in compliance with approved lifting plans, safety standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and control all lifting and rigging activities on site

Prepare, review, and implement lifting plans and risk assessments

Ensure all lifting operations are conducted as per approved method statements

Verify crane capacity, load charts, rigging gear, and lifting accessories

Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, signalmen, and site supervisors

Ensure lifting equipment is certified, inspected, and fit for use

Conduct toolbox talks related to lifting activities

Stop unsafe lifting operations and take corrective actions immediately

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and client safety standards

Maintain lifting records, permits, and inspection reports

Coordinate with client representatives and safety officers during lifting activities
