Telesales Specialist

Job brief:
– We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our team.
– The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, scheduling meetings, and helping to drive
business growth.
– This position is remote, but you will be required to attend office meetings in Dammam or Khobar as needed.

Responsibilities
– Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
– Engage in effective communication to understand customer needs and present our services.
– Schedule meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
– Maintain a detailed log of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
– Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and meetingsset.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.

• Must be a Saudi national
• Located in Dammam or Khobar
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field
• Good skills in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently from home, with a reliable internet connection
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to attend regular office meetings
