Sales Officer

Sales Officer – Liaising with new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales goals
– Participate in sales meetings and on-site training
– Negotiating and using persuasion skills to overcome objections
– Presenting offers and proving products to customers
– Provide a daily summary of results and achievements to the management team
– Present, promote and sell products or services using strong arguments to current and potential customers
– Conduct a cost-benefit analysis and needs of current or potential customers to meet their needs
– Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers
– Reaching potential customers through cold calls
– Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to achieve maximum satisfaction
– Achieve agreed sales targets and results within schedule
– Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
– Analyze the potential of the region or market, and track sales and status reports
– Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
– Keeping up to date with best practices and promotional trends
