Procurement Engineer Required (Head Of The Procurement) – Urgent Requirement in Jubail

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the contracting industry for our company based in Jubail.

(Note: Preference will be given to candidates from South or North India.)

Candidates with 3-5 years of proven experience in procurement within the same field are required. Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Main duties and responsibilities :

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.

• Conduct supplier assessments and negotiations to ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards.

• Develop procurement strategies aligned with project requirements.

• Prepare procurement schedules and budgets.

• Prepare and issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

• Ensure all procurement documents comply with company policies and standards.

• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers.

• Monitor procurement costs and find cost-saving opportunities.

• Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts and agreements.

• Ensure contractual obligations are met by all parties.

• Ensure procured materials meet quality standards and specifications.

• Conduct inspections and coordinate quality checks.

• Analyze procurement processes for efficiency improvements.

• Keep abreast of market trends and new sourcing opportunities.
