Transportation coordinator – Coordinate and organize shipping and delivery schedules.
– Track shipments to ensure timely a arrival.
– Prepare and provide necessary shipping documents and certifications.
– Communicate with drivers, transportation companies, and customers to resolve any issues or delays.
– Manage and update records of shipments and logistical operations.
– Ensure compliance with transportation and shipping regulations and laws.
– Monitor shipping costs and work to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Previous experience in transportation or logistics
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and software
