Sales Manager – Marine Service Department in Hidd

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in our Marine Service Department, specializing in Life Rafts and Fire & Safety services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine sales, excellent client relationship skills, and the drive to grow our customer base in the maritime industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of life rafts, fire extinguishing systems, and marine safety equipment/services

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marine industry

Manage existing client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction

Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clients

Work closely with service and technical teams to deliver complete solutions

Stay updated on marine safety regulations and compliance standards

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the marine industry

Proven experience with marine safety products (e.g., life rafts, firefighting systems)

Strong understanding of IMO and SOLAS regulations (preferred)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in Marine Engineering or Marine Safety (not mandatory)

Existing network of clients in ship management companies, shipyards, or port operations
