Quantity Surveyor (MEP) HVAC Speciallized 1 Person Hiring in Jeddah

We are looking for the following position in Jeddah Rabigh, HMMME Project

Quantity Surveyor: 1 Person

Work location: Jeddah, Rabigh

Project: HMMME Facility Project

Duty: 10 hours / day, 6 days / week

Minimum 5–10 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor

HVAC works experience is mandatory

EPC / Building / Industrial projects experience required

Saudi Arabia / Middle East project experience strongly preferred

???? Non-HVAC QS will not be considered

❄ HVAC-Specific Knowledge

HVAC BOQ preparation & measurement

Chillers, AHU, FCU, VRF, Split systems

Ducting, piping, insulation, accessories

HVAC testing, commissioning & as-built quantities

HVAC variations, claims, and final accounts

Familiar with HVAC specifications and drawings

Quantity take-off from drawings

Cost estimation & budgeting for HVAC scope

Interim Payment Certificates (IPC)

Variation & change order evaluation

Subcontractor valuation & payment certification

Cost control & monthly cost reports

Final account preparation
