تفاصيل الوظيفة
• Responsible for leading and motivating a newly-formed HR employee relation team,
• Monitoring the day to day work flow to ensure a consistently high service to all employees, and meet agreed service level standards.
• Help Human Resources regularly review them to ensure the achievement of specific objectives related to the salaries and hiring, performance management evaluation.
• Oversee the implementation of HR operational plans
• Overseeing the renovation and implementation of the organizational structures
• Overseeing professional requirements and tasks of all the ER dept.
• Supervision of the monthly reports that include the number of employees for each department and job vacancies and other statistics required to monitor the workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor in business administration or HR
- 3-5 years of work experience in the same field
