• Graphic Design: Create high-quality digital artwork, posters, and promotional graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.

• Customer Care Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional and timely support via DMs and comments.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics and adapt strategies to maximize reach and conversion.
