URGENT: BIM Manager – Qiddiya (Package 10) – Direct Hire – Saudi in Riyadh

Salary: Up to SAR 20,000 gross/month (based on evaluation)

Job Description:

Urgently hiring a BIM Manager for a site-based role at Qiddiya – Package 10. The BIM Manager will manage BIM coordination, CDE workflows, and model governance in line with ISO 19650 and project/client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage BIM Execution Plan, naming conventions, and CDE (ACC/BIM 360) protocols

Coordinate multidisciplinary models and lead clash detection & resolution meetings

Control model stages WIP → Shared → Published, ensuring accuracy before release

Maintain issue registers, coordination logs, model audits and reporting

Support as-built model updates and BIM handover documentation

Liaise with client/consultant and subcontractor BIM teams

Requirements

Degree in Architecture/Civil or relevant discipline

5+ years BIM delivery experience including coordination

Hands-on with Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage

Strong experience with ACC / BIM 360

Must be currently in Saudi and available to join immediately (or max 2 weeks)
