Accountant in Manama

A leading bakery group is seeking a talented and proactive Cost & Inventory Accountant with the ability to optimize financial systems and minimize waste.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Accurate product costing (raw materials, labor, overheads) and analyzing price variances.

Managing and monitoring raw materials and finished goods inventory, including supervising stocktakes.

Preparing daily and monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for sales and wastage.

Developing documentation workflows and waste-reduction solutions to boost bakery efficiency and profitability.

🎓 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Hands-on experience with POS systems, specifically (Invo POS).

Proven experience in cost and inventory accounting (F&B or bakery sector experience is highly preferred).

Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical mindset with a capability for system development and innovation.

💵 Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: BHD 250/-
