تفاصيل الوظيفة
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist & Accounts Assistant to join our hotel.
The ideal candidate should have experience in hotel reception and basic accounting, with a strong focus on customer service and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests and managing check-in and check-out
* Handling reservations and guest inquiries
* Answering phone calls and front desk duties
* Preparing invoices and handling payments
* Daily cash handling and basic bookkeeping
* Maintaining accurate guest and
financial records
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hotel reception or hospitality field
* Basic accounting knowledge or experience
* **Excellent English communication skills**
* **Presentable appearance and professional attitude**
* **Confident speaking and strong interpersonal skills**
* Honest, organized, and reliable
* Ability to multitask and work independently
