Ac Technician in Manama

Job Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including split units, package units, window ACs, VRF/VRV systems, and chiller units.

Conduct routine preventive maintenance such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical components.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in air-conditioning systems using testing tools and instruments.

Perform repairs for compressors, fan motors, thermostats, PCB boards, and refrigerant piping.

Handle refrigerant recovery, charging, leak testing, brazing, and welding as required.

Respond to daily maintenance requests and ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Maintain service logs, job cards, and checklists for all completed work.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of tools, PPE, and maintenance procedures.

Coordinate with supervisors, team leaders, and other technicians to complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related technical field.

2–5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems.

Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Basic understanding of BMS and control systems is an advantage.

Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
