Administrative and clerical duties
Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and handling general inquiries
Greeting visitors and assisting with front desk duties
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
Filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents
Performing data entry and maintaining records or spreadsheets
Typing documents, reports, and other materials
Scheduling and organization
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Maintaining calendars and organizing schedules for staff
Coordinating office events and maintaining communal spaces
Assisting with travel arrangements and itineraries
Office management
Keeping inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
Ensuring the office is tidy and organized
Managing and maintaining office equipment
Distributing mail and packages
Support and miscellaneous tasks
Providing general administrative support to staff members
Assisting with basic bookkeeping or light accounting duties
