Kitchen Helper in Manama

responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting in the kitchen or at events to ensure smooth operations during meal preparation and service.

Key Responsibility:

‒ Wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients according to recipes and specifications.

‒ Measure and prepare ingredients for cooking and preparing sauces.

‒ Assist in cooking tasks as needed, such as frying, boiling, and baking under the supervision of the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.

‒ Prepare stocks, broths, and other base ingredients for use in dishes.

‒ Prepare Bahraini eatable products (sweet & savory) at restaurants, retails outlets or at events.

‒ Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all utensils, equipment, and surfaces are sanitized.

‒ Follow proper storage procedures for ingredients and prepared items to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.

‒ Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies.

‒ Monitor ingredient levels and communicate needs for restocking to the kitchen leadership.

‒ Work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely preparation of menu items.

‒ Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and priorities.
