Mechanical QC Preservation Static in Dammam

Position: Mechanical QC Inspector – Preservation & Static Equipment

Location: [Jubail, Saudi Arabia]

Requirements:

ARAMCO Approval (preferred)

CBT Pass

Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical QC inspection

Strong knowledge of ASME, API, and ARAMCO standards for static equipment (pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, columns, piping supports)

Experience in shop and site inspections of static equipment

Familiarity with preservation procedures, including corrosion protection, coating, and storage of equipment

Ability to review Material Test Certificates (MTCs), datasheets, and technical documentation

Experience with NDT methods (RT, PT, MT, UT, etc.) for static equipment

Ability to prepare inspection reports and maintain QC documentation

Strong coordination and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Inspect static equipment and mechanical installations for compliance with project specifications and quality standards

Monitor preservation activities to prevent corrosion and ensure proper storage of equipment

Review and verify MTCs, datasheets, and certificates

Conduct NDT and visual inspections as required

Ensure adherence to ASME, API, and ARAMCO standards

Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain QC documentation

Coordinate with QC supervisors, engineers, and client inspectors

Ensure safety and quality compliance during all mechanical activities
