We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Devices Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Trauma, Foot & Ankle, Sports Medicine, Spine & Arthroplasty product portfolios, with proven experience in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Should have strong background of attending surgeries in Operation rooms (OR) with surgeons.

• Promote and sell medical device products within the Trauma, Foot & Ankle, Sports Medicine, Spine & Arthroplasty.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key decision-makers.

• Provide product demonstrations, clinical support, and attending surgeries with surgeons where required.

• Should have strong background of attending surgeries in Operation rooms (OR).

• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Medical Device Sales (Trauma, Foot & Ankle, or Sports Medicine preferred).

• Strong network within hospitals and orthopedic surgeons.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Valid driving license is preferred.
