Cars Or Wood Painter / Finishing Specialist in Khobar

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled professional painters with experience in Cars or wood Painters and high-quality finishing to join our fiberglass (FRP) manufacturing factory. The role focuses on surface preparation, priming, painting, and final finishing of custom fiberglass products.

Candidates with strong attention to detail, surface finishing expertise, and experience working with spray systems are highly suitable. Prior fiberglass experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Perform surface preparation on fiberglass products (sanding, filling, smoothing).

Apply primers, base coats, and top coats using spray guns.

Execute high-quality paint finishes (solid colors, textures, protective coatings).

Ensure uniform color, smooth finish, and defect-free surfaces.

Work with polyester / PU / automotive-grade paints and coatings.

Follow paint mixing ratios and manufacturer specifications.

Maintain cleanliness of spray booth, tools, and work area.

Comply with factory safety, quality, and production standards.

Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet project deadlines.

Candidate Profile (Required)

Proven experience as:

Automotive painter OR

Wood painter / furniture finishing specialist

Strong skills in spray painting and surface finishing.

Experience with sanding, priming, and multi-layer paint systems.

High attention to detail and finish quality.

Ability to work in a factory / production environment.

Physically fit and capable of handling large custom products.

Preferred (Advantage)

Experience painting fiberglass (FRP) or composite materials.

Experience in Automotive workshops, car body shops, furniture factories, or wood finishing is are suitable. (Fiberglass experience can be trained; finishing skill is the priority.)

Experience in industrial, architectural, or custom fabrication projects.

Knowledge of protective coatings for outdoor environments.

Familiarity with quality inspection standards.
