We’re Hiring | Field Sales Representative (Full-Time & Part-Time) in Riyadh

We are looking for a driven and confident Field Sales Representative who enjoys being on the road, meeting clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is target-oriented, professional, and strong in communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits to potential and existing customers

Identify new opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and market visits

Present products/services, explain benefits, and handle customer questions

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure ongoing follow-up

Prepare quotations/offers, negotiate terms (as needed), and close deals

Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements

Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and outcomes (daily/weekly updates)

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs

Requirements

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent travel/visits

Sales experience is preferred (motivated candidates are welcome)

Ability to work independently, plan routes, and manage time effectively

Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, CRM is a plus)

Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience in the Saudi market and client-facing roles

Valid driving license and access to transportation (if required)

Arabic & English communication skills

Experience with lead generation and reporting (CRM/WhatsApp Business tools)
