Land Surveyor in Manama

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to perform surveying activities for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site measurements, setting out, and ensuring accurate alignment of works as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys

Perform setting out and leveling for buildings, roads, and infrastructure works

Use surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS

Verify site dimensions and elevations as per drawings

Prepare survey reports, drawings, and as-built data

Coordinate with engineers and site teams

Maintain surveying equipment and ensure accuracy

Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering

Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Land Surveyor

Proficient in Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS, and leveling instruments

Strong understanding of construction drawings and site layouts

Good communication skills in English

Preferred Candidate Profile

GCC experience preferred but not mandatory

Indian nationality acceptable

Experience in building, road, or infrastructure projects
