المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تشغيل وإعداد ومراقبة ماكينات نفخ البلاستيك لضمان سير العملية الإنتاجية بكفاءة.

• تغيير القوالب وتجهيز الماكينات وفق متطلبات الإنتاج.

• تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية الأساسية والتنسيق مع قسم الصيانة عند الحاجة.

• مراقبة جودة المنتجات بشكل مستمر والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات المعتمدة.

• ضبط إعدادات الماكينات بما يحقق أعلى مستويات الجودة والإنتاجية.

• متابعة سير الإنتاج ومعالجة الأعطال التشغيلية البسيطة.

• إدارة فريق العمل داخل صالة الإنتاج وتوزيع المهام بما يحقق كفاءة التشغيل.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• مؤهل علمي لا يقل عن دبلوم في تخصص مناسب.

• خبرة عملية سابقة في تشغيل ماكينات نفخ البلاستيك.

• معرفة جيدة بعمليات تغيير القوالب وإعداد الماكينات.

• إلمام بأساسيات الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.

A leading industrial company in Riyadh is seeking to hire a **Blow Molding Operator** to join its production team and contribute to achieving quality and productivity goals.

## Duties and Responsibilities:

* Operate, set up, and monitor blow molding machines to ensure efficient production processes.

* Change molds and prepare machines according to production requirements.

* Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance department when necessary.

* Continuously monitor product quality and ensure compliance with approved specifications.

* Adjust machine settings to achieve the highest standards of quality and productivity.

* Follow up on production operations and troubleshoot minor machine issues.

* Supervise production floor workers and distribute tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing production performance.

* Prepare daily production and operation reports.

* Conduct monthly inventory checks of the production area and monitor materials and operational supplies.

* Comply with company quality, safety, and occupational health procedures.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

## Qualifications and Requirements:

* Diploma or higher in a relevant field.

* Previous experience in operating blow molding machines.

* Good knowledge of mold changing procedures and machine setup.

* Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

* Proficiency in computer applications and basic office software.
