Responsibility • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of on-site and remote servers. • Monitoring of temperature, load distribution, and equipment efficiency. • Preventive maintenance for all racks, cables, power distribution units, and cooling systems. • Backup & disaster recovery setup (daily, weekly, monthly cycles). • Virtualization environment support (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox). • Full life-cycle management of company computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and networking devices. • Diagnostic, repair, and replacement of faulty equipment. • Preventive inspections for high-load equipment such as industrial cooling systems, power units, and control modules. • Asset inventory management & tagging. • Installation, licensing, and upgrades for all company-approved software. • Centralized management of user accounts, access rights, and system permissions. • Patch management for operating systems and core applications. • Implementation of monitoring software for equipment performance and operational analytics.
