Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Dispatch and Receiving Clerk to manage our warehouse logistics. You will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming shipments are accurate and all outgoing deliveries are dispatched on time with the delivery note. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage, verify quantities against purchase orders, and update inventory records.
-Dispatching: Coordinate driver schedules, prepare shipping documents (invoices/delivery notes), and ensure correct loading of goods.
-Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of all daily warehouse movements.
-Inventory Support: Assist in periodic stock counts and report any discrepancies.
-Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the warehouse, drivers, and the sales department.
Requirements & Skills:
-Intermediate school diploma or equivalent.
-2 years minimum experience as a clerk or in a similar warehouse/logistics role.
-Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel and experience with ERP software).
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Jobsite: Industrial Area of Madinah
Package: 2,500 SAR plus Accommodation & Transportation.
