Operation Manager For Facility Management Company in Manama

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and expand the daily operations of our cleaning company. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure high-quality service delivery, participate in government tenders, meet clients, secure new contracts, and help develop specialized service divisions such as high-rise building cleaning, AC duct cleaning, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites

Manage staff scheduling, supervision, and performance

Conduct quality inspections and ensure client satisfaction

Participate in government tenders and handle documentation

Meet existing and potential clients to build strong relationships

Actively seek and secure new cleaning contracts

Identify opportunities to expand services (e.g., high-rise cleaning, AC duct cleaning etc

Assist in launching and managing new service divisions

Manage inventory, equipment, and site logistics

Support recruitment, training, and development of staff

Report to senior management with performance and progress updates

Requirements:

10–20 years of experience in the facility industry is required

Familiarity with government tendering processes

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Experience in business development or service expansion is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours and visit client sites as needed

Valid driving license preferred
