Job Opportunity: QHSE Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled QHSE Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and maintaining our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards across all operations.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the company QHSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.

• Deliver QHSE training and awareness programs to workers and staff.

• Maintain QHSE records, documentation, and reports.

• Support management and project teams in meeting QHSE objectives and continuous improvements.

• Coordinate incident investigations and prepare reports with corrective actions.

• Communicate effectively with workers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure safe and quality-focused operations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related field).

2. Professional certifications such as IOSH MS, NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or other relevant ISO/safety courses are mandatory.

3. 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in the industry (construction, manufacturing, or similar sectors preferred).

4. Strong English communication skills are essential.

5. Familiarity with local rules, regulations, and compliance requirements.

6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to understand, manage, and respond to worker and client expectations.

7. Proven ability to implement company QHSE policies and ensure compliance across all activities.
